Visualizations and renderings

To illustrate the project, a series of preliminary visualizations and renderings have been created showing what the residential units, common areas, and other spaces might look like once construction is complete.

The area will be fully developed in a few years. The images are based on a preliminary design. There may be significant differences between the preliminary visualizations and renderings and the final construction and surroundings.

The images shown are preliminary visualizations and renderings of the residences, including the living and common areas within the project as a whole, once construction is complete; they do not depict a specific residence. The residences, living areas, and common areas may therefore be shown with items, equipment, furnishings, materials, and products that are not included in the lease. When renting a residence in the project, please refer to the lease agreement, which specifies what is included in the lease.

The visualizations and renderings are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of the contractual basis for any lease of a residence in the project. The landlord is not liable for the visualizations and renderings or the details shown therein. Errors and changes are reserved.

The dwelling will include the supply and ventilation systems for the main building or the other dwellings, as well as the necessary pipe penetrations.

Model homes

The landlord regularly sets up model homes, which may include items, equipment, furnishings, materials, and products that are not included in the rented unit.
