We will collect the security deposit, the prepaid rent, and the first month’s rent at the end of July. If you are not accepted into the program this summer, you may cancel the lease agreement at no cost.
You may move in between August 1 and September 15, 2026.
*Terms and Conditions: This offer applies to new lease agreements signed no later than July 27, 2026. Tenants may cancel the lease agreement at no cost upon presentation of documentation confirming rejection of admission to a study program no later than July 30, 2026.
